The grading committee for Under 9?s ? 19?s will consist of 6 graders overseen by the Club?s Director Of Coaching.

Attendance to all grading dates is compulsory.

If a child has not attended grading without good reason, the grading committee will make the decision, sight unseen, as to the appropriate grading of the player.

In the case where there is a side that either wishes to come to the Club as a team, The Club will do its best to keep that team together. If an existing team within the Club wishes to remain unchanged  that team must first attend grading and then seek approval to remain together from the Club. This will only be approved once parents/players are contacted by the Club and are in agreement. Once approved by the Club's Committee they will be graded as seen fit by the Grading Sub-Committee and the Club's Committee .

Any grading disputes should be brought to the attention of either the Club Director Of Coaching or Club President, who will discuss the dispute with the grading committee from which the decision made will be final.

COACHES AND MANAGERS

Coaches and Managers are integral to the running of the teams. They are appointed by the Club's Committee or designated person and hold tenure for a year only.

If a parent of a player wishes to coach or manage their child's team and they have the necessary skills (or are willing to undertake the necessary training to gain those skills) then they will be given preference over a coach or manager who doesn't have a child in the team. The parents/players need to be in agreement with any change to the coach or manager.

The only exception to this is where the Club appoints a Super League or Premier League coach and they must have the necessary qualifications for the role or be in the process of obtaining them.
